Lake Wylie waterfront sales: April 2012
Lake Wylie waterfront home sales were slow for last month. Only 3 homes were sold in our market. The 3 sold homes came from different corners of the lake: Charlotte, Rock Hill and York. All 3 homes could be considered ‘newer’. The oldest was built early 1990s while the other 2 sold homes were built within the last 10years.
